Refund Policy

Refunds, returns, Cancellations and exchanges 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange on a damaged item. For items damaged in shipping, photos on both the unopened item, and the shipping box are required.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or order number as proof of purchase. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping cost. Purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We apologize, but factory taped/sealed items cannot be returned once opened. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects such as tampo or paint errors. We do our best to represent the product accurately, and to list any known issues in the product listing, often times offering it at a discounted rate. 

To start a return, you can contact us via our contact form, or through a reply to your order confirmation email. Please be sure your order number is included. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us via our contact form, or through a reply to your order confirmation email, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchanges on opened chases or clearance/sale items.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded back to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take your bank or credit card up to 5 business days to process the refund.

Exchanges 

We can offer exchanges on items that are still in stock. Items that are sold out or out of stock are unfortunately not eligible for an exchange and will be refunded. Buyer is still responsible for the return shipping cost for items to be exchanged.

Cancellations 

Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you place an order and contact us to cancel the order once it is processed the order can be cancelled and is subject to a 10% restocking fee of the complete order amount. Once the order has shipped we can no longer cancel the order sorry. If you no longer want the order once it arrives to you you can return it to us at the buyer's expense, and once received we will process a refund minus the 10% restocking fee. Return shipping to us is to be paid by the buyer.
